TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02134!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Burns and Surgical ICU setting
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including burn injury cases, and respond to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with ICU protocols
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in burn care or surgical critical care
Familiarity with high-acuity ICU environments and complex patient populations
