Engagement in professional development and continuing education is required. Integration of nursing research and current evidence into practice is vital. Providing a supportive learning environment for new employees and students is a responsibility. The RN performs duties related to the Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator role when assigned. Participation in the Clinical Ladder Program is encouraged. The RN will perform other duties as assigned.
