Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care / ICU – Wisconsin

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, 8 or 12-hour rotations, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and some holidays. Block scheduling available to accommodate preferences. 3:1 patient ratio.

Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN license or compact state RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience with at least 2 years of acute care experience in critical care within the last 3 years
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Must pass pre-employment telemetry examination with strict passing criteria (80% or higher, 100% identification of lethal rhythms)
- Competency in multiple ICU specialties including experience with arterial line management, ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, CRRT/CVVHD, central line care, and arrhythmia interpretation
- Preferred: NIHSS, TNCC certifications, and previous charge nurse experience
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions available)
- Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
