**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (Nursing)**
**Job Description:**
- **Unit:** ICU
- **Shift:** 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU
- 4-5 years of ICU experience preferred
- REQUIRED travel experience
- **Skills:**
- Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
- Heart experience highly preferred
- EMR experience with EPIC
- **Certifications:**
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current AHA BLS
- Current NIHSS
- **Requirements:**
- Up-to-date resume documenting ICU experience and travel experience
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Driver’s license with address matching demographics
- NURSYS report for license verification with active NY license and all active RN licenses
- RTO must be included at the time of submission
- **Unit Specifics:**
- Beds: 42 (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14
- Common patient diagnoses:
- Neuro/Med: Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi
- CTICU: CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma: Trauma, Major post-op sx
- Specialty equipment:
- IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
- Floating required if needed: to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
- Block scheduling not guaranteed
