**Join Our Team as an ICU Travel Nurse!**
**Job Description:**
- Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
- Shift: 7A - 7:30P
- Contract: 3x12s, with weekly guaranteed hours of 36
- Unit: Blended ICU/CVICU (16 beds)
- Patient Ratios: 1:2
- Schedule: Orientation weekly; no block schedule requests (48-hour notice may be considered, but not guaranteed)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients
- Manage a wide range of conditions, including:
- STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis
- CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure
- A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose
- Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR
- Float to Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN) and ED holding on an as-needed basis
- Maintain patient safety and deliver compassionate care
**Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including travel experience
- Strong skills in critical care nursing
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Attendance Policy: One call out per contract; second may require documentation and is assessed on a case-by-case basis
