Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Float to a sister facility as needed to support staffing demands
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting
Proficiency with Epic EMR required
Must pass an onsite competency assessment on day one of orientation (one attempt only)
Must be available for no more than 3 days of requested time off during the assignment; local candidates are welcome
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract nursing experience
Familiarity with Relias learning and assessment platform
Experience floating between facilities or units
