Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $93 per hour
Shifts: Days 7AM - 7PM
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a mixed cardiac and medical ICU environment, providing essential care to patients with conditions such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, and Post-op Cardiovascular surgeries.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care- Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
- Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers
Requirements of the RN - Critical Care- BLS certification via AHA required
- ACLS certification via AHA required
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- Every other weekend required
- No call responsibilities
