Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Perform advanced patient monitoring, assessments, and interventions for complex and high-risk conditions.
- Manage and operate specialized medical equipment and life support systems.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
