Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit – Minnesota

Schedule: Weekend shifts required; flexibility to support multiple ICU and medical-surgical units as needed
Highlights:- Provide holistic, patient-centered care across the full adult lifespan including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
- Work within a collaborative ICU environment with exposure to critical care specialties including TNICU, MICU, and cardiovascular surgery patients
- Opportunity to care for advanced cardiac patients including fresh open heart surgery cases, Impella, and balloon pump management
- Utilize Epic EMR system in a high-acuity care setting
- Float opportunities across multiple ICUs and medical-surgical units based on staffing needs
- Engage in shared governance and contribute to improving nursing practice standards
Requirements:- Current Minnesota RN license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC) – required
- ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) – required
- Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Adult and geriatric population experience required
- Experience with fresh open heart surgery patients preferred
- Cardiac rhythm interpretation skills preferred
- Experience with Impella and balloon pumps preferred
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and two supervisory references required
