Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit – Minnesota

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Minnesota

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Weekend shifts required; flexibility to support multiple ICU and medical-surgical units as needed

Highlights:
  • Provide holistic, patient-centered care across the full adult lifespan including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
  • Work within a collaborative ICU environment with exposure to critical care specialties including TNICU, MICU, and cardiovascular surgery patients
  • Opportunity to care for advanced cardiac patients including fresh open heart surgery cases, Impella, and balloon pump management
  • Utilize Epic EMR system in a high-acuity care setting
  • Float opportunities across multiple ICUs and medical-surgical units based on staffing needs
  • Engage in shared governance and contribute to improving nursing practice standards
Requirements:
  • Current Minnesota RN license
  • BLS certification (AHA or ARC) – required
  • ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) – required
  • Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Adult and geriatric population experience required
  • Experience with fresh open heart surgery patients preferred
  • Cardiac rhythm interpretation skills preferred
  • Experience with Impella and balloon pumps preferred
  • Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and two supervisory references required
