Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit – Minnesota

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Minnesota

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Weekend rotation required; no on-call responsibilities; flexibility to work across multiple ICU and Medical/Surgical units based on staffing needs

Highlights:

  • Provide holistic care across the lifespan including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and geriatric populations
  • Work within a collaborative care environment including Trauma Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, and Medical/Surgical units
  • Engage with advanced cardiac care including fresh open heart surgery patients, cardiac rhythm interpretation, Impella, and balloon pumps
  • Epic EMR system utilized for documentation and care coordination
  • Participate in shared governance and active decision-making to improve nursing practice standards
  • Opportunity to develop leadership skills while delivering remarkable patient-centered care

Requirements:

  • Active Minnesota RN license
  • Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience required
  • BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Adult and geriatric population experience required
  • Experience with open heart surgery patients, cardiac rhythm interpretation, Impella, and balloon pumps preferred
  • Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and two supervisory references required
