Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Intensive Care Unit – Minnesota

Schedule: Weekend rotation required; no on-call responsibilities; flexibility to work across multiple ICU and Medical/Surgical units based on staffing needs
Highlights:
- Provide holistic care across the lifespan including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and geriatric populations
- Work within a collaborative care environment including Trauma Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, and Medical/Surgical units
- Engage with advanced cardiac care including fresh open heart surgery patients, cardiac rhythm interpretation, Impella, and balloon pumps
- Epic EMR system utilized for documentation and care coordination
- Participate in shared governance and active decision-making to improve nursing practice standards
- Opportunity to develop leadership skills while delivering remarkable patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota RN license
- Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience required
- BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Adult and geriatric population experience required
- Experience with open heart surgery patients, cardiac rhythm interpretation, Impella, and balloon pumps preferred
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and two supervisory references required
