Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Provide critical care to neuro and medical patients in a 10-bed ICU
• Perform ICP monitoring, assist in postsurgical care, and manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring
• Administer emergency medications and participate in Acute Stroke management
• Manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and other ICU procedures
• Utilize the Epic charting system effectively in day-to-day operations

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU
• Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Proficiency in handling complex neuro-monitoring and ICP procedures
