Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN ICU for a travel assignment in Chicago, IL. This role is within a Med Surg: 6 Tower MICU setting, focusing on providing intensive care to patients with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities of the RN ICU- Provide critical care to patients in ICU and stepdown settings
- Manage mechanical ventilation and perform tracheostomy care
- Administer medications including vasopressors and insulin drips
- Operate medical equipment such as arterial lines and Swan Ganz catheters
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Requirements of the RN ICU- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- 2.5 years of ICU experience
- Proficient in EPIC charting system
