- Critical Care Float Pool RN
- Shift: 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:30PM (36 hours/week) - Weekend Day F/S + 1 Day shift
- Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including:
- Neuro ICU
- Surgical ICUs
- Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
- Cardiology/Diagnostics
- CVICU
- SICU / MICU / NCCU
- Float Policy: Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS – Required
- Proficiency with EPIC – Required
- Must have:
- IV Start
- Telemetry
- Ventilator management experience
