**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Lake Havasu City, AZ
- **Facility:** Havasu Regional Medical Center
- **Start Date:** Must start on 11/29
- **Shift:** 7A - 7:30P
- **Schedule:** 3x12s (Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36)
**Unit Highlights:**
- Level 3 Trauma Center; Certified Chest Pain Center
- 171 beds; Community hospital and regional referral center
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:3
- Equipment and EHR: Utilizes Medhost
- Supervisor: Heather Voege Tucker
- Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric, including cases like STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG pod 2, Acute Respiratory Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with RVR, ALIF, EXLIF
**Requirements:**
- Current State License
- 2 Years Recent Acute Experience in ICU
- Travel experience required
- Must be able to report within 30 minutes when placed on call
