This role involves working in the Intensive Care Unit, providing care for patients with complex needs, including post-surgical, multi-system trauma, and endovascular cases. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
- Titrate drips, including pressors, sedation, paralytics, and insulin
- Interpret and respond to monitoring data
- Collaborate with intensivists, house supervisors, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary rounds
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in Level I trauma and ICU settings
