**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead nursing staff during night shifts (7p-7a)
- Bring your SCU and ED experience to enhance patient outcomes
- Leverage your charge experience to foster a collaborative environment
- Assist actively in clinical areas while ensuring high standards of care
**Requirements:**
- Valid NY License in hand is required
- Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proven supervisor experience is a must
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support staff
