Comfortable with float requirements to ICU, IMC, and Tele units as needed. Candidates with previous charge experience in trauma care are preferred. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for this role. Experience in community hospital settings and travel nursing is advantageous. Candidates must complete onboarding requirements promptly. Adhere to compliance and safety standards within the unit.
