**Join Our Team as a Neuro ICU RN!**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse
- **Specialty:** ICU
- **Unit:** ICU RN
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide specialized care in a fast-paced Neuro ICU environment.
- Maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to support patient recovery.
**Qualifications:**
- Neuro experience required.
- Skills checklist level: 3-4 preferred.
- Specialized equipment experience is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
- No first-timers accepted.
**Certifications Required:**
- ACLS
- BCLS
- NIH
**Scheduling Details:**
- Weekend shifts: Required every other weekend (4 shifts in a 4-week period).
- Must float between similar units as needed.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
- Guaranteed hours: Facility can call off once per two-week pay period.
- Block schedules: Accommodation possible at manager's discretion.
