Key Responsibilities of the ICU Nurse- Provide critical care to patients in the ICU
- Manage equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, and Impella
- Work independently and quickly in a high-pressure environment
- Float to other units such as ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg as required
Requirements of the ICU Nurse- Active NH or Compact RN license
- 2-3 years of ICU experience, preferably including CVICU
- Experience with EMR systems, Cerner preferred
- Ability to float to Behavioral Health
