**Job Description:**
- Are you a critical care registered nurse ready to take your skills to new heights? Join us for an exciting opportunity in the Adult ICU department!
- **What You'll Do:**
- Assess patients’ conditions and create personalized care plans.
- Provide advanced life support and treat wounds.
- Assist physicians with procedures and actively monitor patient vital signs.
- Ensure the proper function of ventilators, monitors, and essential medical equipment.
- Administer intravenous fluids and medications while performing suctioning as needed.
- Collaborate with a dedicated critical care team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
- Respond swiftly to life-saving situations with confidence and adherence to nursing protocols.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Educate and support the families of patients, providing them guidance during critical times.
- **Facility Requirements:**
- Must possess ACLS, BLS, and PALS/ENPC & TNCC certifications (preferred but not required) — certificates must be included in the submission packet.
- Prepared to care for pediatric/adolescent patients occasionally, as our facility does not have a dedicated pediatric unit.
- Hold a valid WY RN or multi-state RN license — attach this with your resume.
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Willingness to float between the Lander & Riverton campuses as needed based on patient census.
