Candidates should have skills in managing traumatic injuries and post-surgical care. Ability to provide care to patients with sepsis, surgical conditions, and other critical health issues is essential. Familiarity with lines, intubations, and various procedures is expected. The position requires floating between ICU overflow and progressive care units. The environment is fast-paced, and teamwork is critical for success. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential for effective patient care. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities if required. All RTO requests must be noted upfront during submission. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet facility needs.
