Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in critical care with a variety of ICU settings including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, and Trauma Surgery. License: Valid RN license required. Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification required. NIHSS and TNCC preferred. Must-Have: Competence in multiple ICU specialties and experience with telemetry. Description: Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in critical care. This position involves working evening and night shifts. You will be required to float between various critical care units as needed. Experience with multiple ICU units is essential for this role. A valid RN license is mandatory. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. You will need to pass a telemetry test prior to starting the position. The role includes caring for a high-acuity patient population. You will work with adult patients and those with progressive care needs. The expectation is to support interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services. You will be part of a high-performing environment that values shared governance and professional growth. Familiarity with charting systems is essential. The schedule includes evening and night rotations with weekend coverage. The RN will be responsible for managing complex patient care, including high-flow oxygen therapy and central line management.
