Utilizes the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures. Monitors and evaluates patient functional status. Organizes, prioritizes, and performs nursing skills appropriate for the patient population. Anticipates patient/unit needs. Demonstrates sound knowledge base, bio-psychosocial.
