Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Indiana

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Terre Haute, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts (1900 - 0730) per week with self-scheduling flexibility. Three weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule (Friday-Saturday for night shift). Acute care setting in a 36-bed private unit (24 beds actively utilized).

Highlights:

• Critical care unit with diverse case mix including respiratory, trauma, neuro, cardiac, renal, and OB patients
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2, occasionally 1:3
• Cerner electronic medical record system
• Self-scheduling with flexibility for work-life balance
• Private patient rooms for enhanced care delivery
• Possible floating to step-down unit as needed

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Critical care nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of facility are not eligible for local contract rates
