Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
May float to Telemetry unit as needed based on staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Previous ICU nursing experience required
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Ability to float to Telemetry as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a Telemetry or Step-Down unit
Familiarity with critically ill patient populations in a high-acuity environment
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
