Job Description

This is a RN Travel position. You must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.

Shift: 3x12 | Day/Evening/Night Rotation | Holidays, On-Call, Callback, and Charge per Unit Needs
Unit Overview

• Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit with a primary focus on critically ill neurological patients
• Patients require a high degree of specialized nursing and medical care
• Patient diagnoses include traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies
• Brand new, state-of-the-art 12-bed ICU

Job Requirements

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Minimum two (2) years RN experience with ICU acute care
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills and ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care
• Telemetry experience required

Required Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• NIHSS
