Ability to float to other ICUs as needed. Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience caring for high acuity patients. Description: The position involves working in a Burn ICU and Pediatric Trauma ICU. The unit consists of 18 beds. Travelers will be assigned patients appropriate to their skill level. Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend with some flexibility. The role includes the management of critically ill patients. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and monitoring vital signs. Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams is essential. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are necessary. Candidates must be knowledgeable in care for ventilated patients. The facility operates with a focus on high-quality patient care.
