Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)- Manage ventilators and perform ABG interpretation
- Titrate vasoactive drips
- Conduct hemodynamic monitoring
- Perform intubations and central line placements
- Assist with bronchs, bedside trach, and peg tube placements
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)- RN License
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficiency in vent management and hemodynamic monitoring
