Key Responsibilities of the ICU Registered Nurse

• Provide critical care to patients in the ICU
• Manage ventilator care and perform therapeutic hypothermia
• Conduct invasive hemodynamic monitoring and TEE/cardioversion procedures
• Respond to Code Blue and participate in Rapid Response Team activities
• Engage in bedside care conference and hand-offs

Requirements of the ICU Registered Nurse

• Active NH RN license at the time of submission
• ACLS/BLS certifications
• Experience in medical and surgical ICU
• AIBP experience & CCRN preferred
