Job Opportunity – Intensive Care Unit RN – New Hampshire

Start Date: August 3, 2026
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every third weekend required, no call

Highlights:

  • 20-bed mixed medical and surgical ICU with diverse patient population
  • Variable nurse-to-patient ratios based on acuity: 1:1 for ECMO and post-cardiac surgery patients, 1:2 for typical ICU assignments, 1:3-4 for stepdown patients
  • Advanced critical care equipment including ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT, ventilators, and high-flow oxygen delivery systems
  • Sunrise EMR system in use
  • Supportive staffing structure with charge nurse, 8-10 RNs, and LNA support on both day and night shifts
  • Opportunity to float to Progressive Care unit

Requirements:

  • Active New Hampshire RN license in hand prior to submission
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Telemetry experience is mandatory
  • Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or higher-level acute care experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with critical drips, ventilator management, and advanced cardiac devices preferred
  • Prior ICU experience highly desirable
