Job Opportunity – Intensive Care Unit RN – New Hampshire
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every third weekend required, no call
Highlights:
- 20-bed mixed medical and surgical ICU with diverse patient population
- Variable nurse-to-patient ratios based on acuity: 1:1 for ECMO and post-cardiac surgery patients, 1:2 for typical ICU assignments, 1:3-4 for stepdown patients
- Advanced critical care equipment including ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT, ventilators, and high-flow oxygen delivery systems
- Sunrise EMR system in use
- Supportive staffing structure with charge nurse, 8-10 RNs, and LNA support on both day and night shifts
- Opportunity to float to Progressive Care unit
Requirements:
- Active New Hampshire RN license in hand prior to submission
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry experience is mandatory
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or higher-level acute care experience strongly preferred
- Experience with critical drips, ventilator management, and advanced cardiac devices preferred
- Prior ICU experience highly desirable
