Schedule: Variable shift (Day or Night), every third weekend, no on-call

Highlights:

• 20-bed mixed medical and surgical Intensive Care Unit with diverse, complex patient population
• Patient ratios based on acuity: 1:1 for ECMO and post-open heart surgery patients, 1:2 for typical ICU assignments, 1:3-4 for stepdown patients
• Advanced equipment and procedures including ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT, ventilators, and cardiac surgery support
• Collaborative team environment with charge nurse, 8-10 RNs, LNAs, and PRN support staff per shift
• Sunrise EMR system for streamlined documentation
• Floating opportunities to Progressive Care unit for additional experience

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Telemetry experience is mandatory
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience or higher level required
• Prior ICU experience strongly preferred
• Experience with critical drips, ventilators, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring preferred
