Deliver nursing care in the ICU unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients. Communicate with various healthcare team members, patients, and their families. Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues. Update and manage patient records. Enter and interpret computerized data/information. Follow guidelines and policies established by our nursing department. Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects. Enable skills-based hiring.
