Registered Nurses with experience in a level I trauma center tend to succeed in this team. Experience floating between a variety of ICUs is highly desired. Candidates must be comfortable caring for ICU patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU.
