**Join Our Dynamic ICU Nursing Team!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (Nursing)
- **Unit:** ICU
- **Shift:** 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- **Block Scheduling:** Not promised or guaranteed
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
- Float among various units as needed, excluding Behavioral and ER
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred; 4-5 years highly preferred
- Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
- Heart experience is a high priority for management
- Required travel experience
- Up-to-date skills checklist matching specialty
- Valid Driver's License with matching address
- Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- NURSYS Report with active NY License & all active RN licenses
**Unit Specifics:**
- Total Beds: 42 (East 20, West 22)
- Specialty Areas: Neuro/Med (22 beds), CTICU (6 beds), Surg/Trauma (14 beds)
- Common Patient Diagnoses:
- Neuro/Med: Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi
- CTICU: CV surgery, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surgery
- Surg/Trauma: Trauma, Major post-op surgeries
- Specialty Equipment:
- IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage)
- Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring
- TTM (Artic Sun)
