**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic team in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit!
- Location: Denver, CO
- **Unit Highlights:**
- 37 beds dedicated to BMT care
- Be part of a 60-nurse team with 5 PCTs
- Day and night shifts available:
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse and 10-12 nurses
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Utilize advanced equipment: Baxter Pumps
- EMR: Meditech
- **Skills Required:**
- At least 1 year of current BMT ICU experience
- Certification in BLS and ACLS
- NIH Stroke Certificate
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Chemotherapy Certification
- BMTCN and/or OCN Certification
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Monitor and administer high-risk infusions
- Implement Neutropenic Fever protocols (blood culture draws, IV medications)
- **Ideal Candidate Traits:**
