The unit provides care across multiple intensive care units. Floating to various units may be required based on staffing needs. Candidates must be comfortable managing critically ill patients in various settings. Required skills include the interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of cardiac patients. Experience in obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG is essential. Candidates will work 3 shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Weekend coverage is expected, with a minimum of every other weekend. Strong ability in team collaboration and interdisciplinary support is crucial. Nurses will be responsible for managing various critical care equipment and procedures. Reliability in responding to urgent care situations is necessary. Successful candidates will be complying with all facility requirements and protocols. Must provide two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor.
