Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months
License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days
Certifications: Active ACLS certification, Active BLS certification
Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice, Driver's license to verify residency
Description:
Weekend and holiday rotation required.
Possible call and float to support other units.
Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days.
No time off is allowed during the first week of the assignment.
Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in.
All shifts candidates are willing to work must be specified.
All departments candidates have experience in and are willing to work must be listed.
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.
Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable.
Active life support certifications must be from approved vendors.
Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
ICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months.
