Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months
License: Active license to practice
Certifications: Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor, Active BLS certification from an approved vendor
Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice, valid driver's license to verify residency
Description:
Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
There may be possible call and float to support other units.
Candidates must be experienced and willing to work in Neuro/Medical ICU.
Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept.
Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite securing an offer.
Candidates must be able to start on the assigned start date or within one week.
Requests for time off (RTO) cannot exceed 7 days and no RTO is allowed during the first week of assignment.
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.
It is important to notify immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in and specify the names or states.
All shifts and departments a candidate is experienced in and willing to work should be listed.
Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
All submitted profiles must include a resume with details of facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds.
An ICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months.
The active license to practice must be verified in the last 30 days.
A current driver's license must also be documented for residency verification.
