Description:
Join our Critical Care Float Pool for night shifts.
Nurses will float to various ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity.
Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
Daily responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in critical situations.
Candidates must have a strong skill set in managing acutely ill patients.
Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
COVID-19 vaccination is not required; flu vaccine is required with medical exemptions only.
Compliance with credentialing requirements is essential.
Two professional references are necessary, with one from a manager or supervisor.
