Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: - Active ACLS certification from approved vendor - Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: - Must have no hits on state license to practice - Driver's license to verify residency Description: Black or navy scrubs are required. May float to different units as necessary. Candidates may be called for on-call duty. Candidates must provide a completed cover page detailing all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and no requests can be made during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. They should specify any departments they are experienced and willing to work in. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Immediate updates are required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. A complete cover page is necessary. A resume outlining all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds is required. An ICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months. Active license to practice must be verified in the last 30 days. Driver's license is required for verification purposes.
