**Join Our Dynamic Team as a PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)!**
- Are you a passionate RN ready to make a difference in patient care?
- We are seeking dedicated PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurses for night shifts (7p - 7:30a) on a 13-week travel assignment.
- Embrace the opportunity to work in a fast-paced float pool position, gaining experience across various units and facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate and assess assigned patients to develop, implement, and document comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
- Perform patient tests and administer medications in accordance with your RN license.
- Promote patient independence by establishing care goals and educating patients and families on their conditions and self-care skills.
- Use your clinical judgment and expertise to achieve patient care goals while performing a variety of tasks.
**Position Requirements:**
- Current AZ RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU/Telemetry setting.
- Familiarity with cardiac drips, TAVRs, and Watchman mitral clips is required.
- Competency with Cerner EMR is essential.
- Flexible to float between departments and multiple facilities.
**Additional Information:**
- Work a schedule of 3 night shifts per week, with 6 weekend shifts over a 6-week period.
- Ratio of 6 patients per nurse to ensure quality care and attention.
