Job Title: Critical Care Float RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience License: Must hold a valid state nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Proficiency with EPIC IV start experience Telemetry experience Ventilator management experience Previous travel nursing experience preferred Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for weekend Day shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity. Float policy requires nurses to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Collaborating with interdisciplinary support teams. Participating in emergency response and interventions. Providing compassionate care to critically ill patients. The position requires floating to all ICU specialties. Willingness to accommodate unit needs is essential. There is a minimum requirement of every other weekend shifts.
