TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Little Rock, Arkansas, 72076!
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-acuity nursing care within a fast-paced cardiovascular service line
Manage and monitor critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing interventions
Deliver care across a broad range of cardiovascular conditions and procedures (excluding transplants)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and outcomes
Participate in upcoming transition to EPIC electronic health records system
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Arkansas or compact license eligibility
Strong cardiac nursing experience required
Current BLS certification
Experience in an ICU or high-acuity critical care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a cardiovascular or cardiac ICU environment
Familiarity with EPIC or willingness to learn ahead of planned system transition
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-acuity clinical environment
