Description:
This position requires a registered nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit.
The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts per week.
The average patient ratio is 1:3.
Floating to other units may be required as needed.
Weekend coverage is part of the schedule.
Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications.
The ICU handles a variety of high-acuity cases including acute respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-system organ failure.
The care environment includes both high acuity and stepdown patients.
The unit will include charge nurses supporting 56 beds with patient care assistance available.
Travel experience is preferred; first-time travelers will be considered.
