You will ensure patients receive the attention and expertise they deserve. You will deliver nursing care in the ICU unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients. You will communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families. You will coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues. You will update and manage patient records. You will enter and interpret computerized data and information. You will follow guidelines and policies established by the nursing department. You will assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects.
