Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel assignment in the ICU at a facility in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on providing care to critically ill patients with a strong emphasis on ICU experience, including titrating drips and managing patients on ventilators. The position is located on a specialized Oncology ICU unit, which offers a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Provide total care to critically ill patients, including turning, titrating drips, and dressing changes
- Manage BIPAP and ventilated patients with precision and care
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Engage in compassionate patient and family interactions, ensuring a supportive environment
- Complete required documentation in Meditech EMR system efficiently and accurately
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Strong ICU experience, including titrating drips and managing patients on vents
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proficiency in critical care equipment including Vent, CRRT, A-line, and Bipap
- Experience with transplant patients (Kidney, Pancreas, Liver) preferred
