Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the ICU. The shift is nights, working three 12-hour shifts per week. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in the ICU. Licensure in South Carolina is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Candidates will be expected to float within the hospital or to nearby facilities. Two on-call shifts will be assigned every four weeks. Every other weekend is required. Requests for time off should be minimized, especially in the initial weeks of employment. Approval for time off needs to be obtained before starting the assignment. Working some holidays will be expected. Two supervisory references are required from candidates. A copy of certifications must be submitted. Former permanent staff must wait five years before eligibility to return.
