Responsible for monitoring patients' conditions and administering medications. Utilizes advanced equipment and technology to provide optimal care. Collaborates effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Participates in all aspects of patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. May be required to float to patient areas as needed when home unit census is low. Provides care for patients with complex medical conditions including sepsis, respiratory failure, and substance abuse disorders. Demonstrates a team player mentality with a positive attitude, flexibility, and empathy. Adheres to the established dress code and professional standards. Engages in continuous learning and seeks opportunities for professional growth and development. Maintains a safe and clean work environment. Participates in quality improvement initiatives. Responsible for documenting patient care accurately in the electronic medical record. May be involved in the orientation of new staff members.
