There are 17 beds available on the unit. Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity adaptability. Required equipment includes ventilators, IV pumps, CRRT, Bipap, ekos, and chest tubes. The electronic medical record system used is Epic. Candidates must have experience in step down or progressive care. Persons with a suitable personality should be hard working, punctual, reliable, and outgoing. Scrub color is navy blue, and certain attire restrictions apply. Candidates will be required to complete multiple CBT modules as assigned by staff education. This position is a replacement for a vacant position.
