**Position Details:**
- Role: RN in the ICU
- Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Float Requirements: Yes, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- CPI/HWC/MAB
- NIH
- Experience: 1-2 years in ICU
- Dress Code: Scrubs of your choosing (no casual wear)
**Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 8
- Patient Ratios: 1:2-3
- Electronic Health Record: Cerner
- Supervisor: Gabrielle Nixon, Inpatient Nursing Manager
- Patient Population: Serves all ages
**What We're Looking For:**
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Proven ICU experience
- Preferred Skillset: High acuity patient care
- Common Diagnoses: Respiratory Failure
- Required Education: Current RN licensure and certifications in North Carolina
